AEVANTIQ (“we”, “us”) is a software studio based in Islamabad-Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle information when you use https://aevantiq.com, book a consultation, or email us.
What we collect
If you submit a form, we receive the details you type: name, business email, company, service interest, budget range, timeline, project notes, and optionally phone or WhatsApp number. We also receive standard server and analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) if you have allowed cookies or if we have configured Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on the site.
How we use it
We use enquiries to reply, qualify whether we can help, and schedule a consultation. We do not sell your information. We may use anonymized traffic data to improve the website.
WhatsApp and email
Consultation and estimate forms may open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to +92 340 7315303. WhatsApp is operated by Meta; their terms apply to that conversation. You can also email aevantiq@gmail.com.
Analytics and ads
If Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel is enabled, those providers process usage data under their own policies. We enable them only with measurement IDs configured by AEVANTIQ. We will not run paid Meta ads to a broken form; Pixel events such as Lead fire when you submit a working enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to deliver a quote or project, then as required for accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a contract by emailing aevantiq@gmail.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact aevantiq@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also contact your local supervisory authority.
