Built a computer-vision-powered coaching system that analyzes player gestures via camera capture to score technique and suggest corrections.

Players could not get technique feedback unless a coach was watching every session in person.
SOLUTION
Camera-based gesture tracking with MediaPipe and a Flutter client that scores technique and suggests corrections.
OUTCOME
A coaching loop that runs from a phone camera session instead of waiting for a specialist to be on site.
